Really enjoyed class

This is my third week in a row attending class 3 days a week minimum. I'm so thankful for Ryan and Amy, their classes are fun, challenging and make me want to come back every week. I'm addicted!!!!!!

The class is really good and Mr. Ryan is a very good trainer. He encourages you to push to your limit and the music he chooses are awesome.

Dear Ryan, The classes are great. Keep it up! I would like to suggest that you attach your contact information (mobile number) to all your mails and information pages.

The Monday night soca spinning class was awesome! Great and clear instructions were given and I left class feeling accomplished. Looking forward to my next class!

Awesome, never experienced a workout like this before. I'm enjoying every second of it all.

My first day of spin class, very intense, you feel the burn, very professional, they really push you and encourage you throughout the class! I passed out a few times but over all I Love it and it's all worth it!

I am very to have found spinning. Something new, challenging and fun. I really like that its not only cycling, but the incorporation of weights and moves that work different muscles. Great vibe, ambiente and workout!

Great cycle class today!!! Different sets of drills and isolated riding. Motivating and music to match. Every day is different so keeps it interesting.

Ryan, Great spin class today. Music, routine and transitions bang on. Love that each song is used from start to finish in each transition. Smooth delivery, good directions and music all motivating. Love it!!
